Check-in from 3pm to 6pm. If you arrive after 6pm, we will deposit your key cards in the key box provided.
Check-out: On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 am.

In our La Vista Villa Panoramic Hideaway, however, we place particular emphasis on relaxation and tranquillity - an exclusive holiday in a fantastic panoramic location in Dorf Tirol. 

Our villa is a place of tranquillity, which our guests greatly appreciate. We have therefore decided to run our villa as an adults-only house for guests aged 14 and over. 

The breakfast buffet is included in the room rate.

For guests who would also like to book dinner, we offer the following options:

In summer you can enjoy à la carte dinner on the panoramic terrace of the Hotel Lechner, just 450 m away, or in excellent restaurants in Dorf Tirol and the surrounding area.

Please understand that bookings must be confirmed in writing.

The bill can be paid in cash, with EC card and credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

• Free video-monitored car park behind the villa. Garage parking space at an extra charge of € 10,- per day.
• A garage parking space is included in the price of the Pool Level Suites, the Premium Pool Level Suite and the Prestige Pool Suite.
• Charging station for electric cars in our garage for a fee.
• Bicycles can be stored in our garage free of charge. 

By prior arrangement, well-behaved dogs up to max. 15 kg are welcome in individual rooms. We charge €15.00 per day (food not included).

Please understand that dogs are not allowed on the sofa or on the bed in the rooms. To ensure the well-being of all guests, we have dog-free zones:

• All lawns in and around our villa
• Sunbathing lawn
• Pool area
• Wellness area
• Interior of the dining area for hygienic reasons

We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of € 100 for any soiling.

Directly behind our villa is a large forest - the perfect place for long walks with your four-legged friend!

In the case of early departures or late arrivals, we charge the full value of the original booking.

Cancellations are free of charge up until 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival date. After this period, we are entitled, under EU travel regulations, to charge 70% of the total booking price. We therefore recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy.

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.
